Click the address to open your mail app, or copy it. In the page source it is written as character references rather than plain text, which keeps most address harvesters from scraping it while still leaving it readable to normal mail clients and crawlers.
That is the only contact channel, and it is deliberate — no ticket queue, no chatbot, no form whose submission disappears into a dashboard. Mail sent there is read by the person who maintains this tool.
What to include
Most messages get a useful answer faster when they carry a little context. For a bug, the following four things usually solve it in one round trip:
- What you were doing. "Rendered an MP4 to MOV" is enough; there is no template to fill in.
- Your clip. Resolution, frame rate, rough length, and whether it came off a phone, a camera or screen recording. Video decoding problems are almost always format-specific.
- Your browser and device. Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox, plus desktop or phone. Some codecs are simply not available in some browsers.
- What you expected and what happened instead. If there is an error message on screen, quote it exactly — the wording identifies the failure.
Please do not attach your footage unless it is genuinely necessary. Because the tool runs locally, the failure is almost always reproducible from a description, and you may not want unreleased material sitting in an inbox.
Feature requests
Requests are welcome and are read, though not every one can be built. Ones that fit this tool's design get the most attention — meaning they keep processing on your device and do not require an account. Requests that would need your files on a server, or that would need you to be tracked, are the ones most likely to be declined, and the about page explains why that line exists.
Corrections
If a figure or a claim on this site is wrong, that matters more than a missing feature. The format, size and render-time tables state how each number was arrived at; if you can show one is mistaken, it gets fixed. Include how you measured it.
Privacy and data requests
Questions about what is collected, or a request to act on your data rights, go to the same address. The short answer is that this tool holds no account data about you — your media is never uploaded and no profile is built — so there is normally very little to act on. Advertising and licensing
For advertising enquiries, or for permission to use the tool's output in commercial work, use the same address and say what you have in mind. Plainly: anything you render here is yours, with no attribution required and no watermark applied. If you are unsure whether your particular use is covered, ask.
Response times
This is a small independent project, not a support desk, so no guaranteed response window is offered. Bug reports with a clear description are answered first.
